As you all know, Idea Cellular has started its VoLTE service. From this service where you will be able to take advantage of HD quality voice call, you will be able to use the internet service as well as calls. While earlier you were unable to use the internet service during the call.
Initially Idea Cellular started Idea VoLTE Services in nine cities of India. Idea Cellular has now launched this service in 15 cities of India. Company launched this service in cities of Punjab, Haryana, Karnataka, Rajasthan, Bihar, Mumbai and Bengal.
Idea Users will be able to take advantage of HD quality voice calls over the 4G network from this service. Apart from this, background noise will also be reduced.
If you are an idea subscriber, you will have to activate this service at your number. Before this you should know whether your smartphone supports Idea Volte or not. If your smartphone supports the Idea Volte service then you have to send message to activate this service. For this, you have to go to your message box and type it there, “ACT VOLTE” and send this message to “12345”.
Idea will provide the faster call setup and instant connectivity without any interruption to idea subscribers. At present, this service supported by Honor 6x, Honor 7x, Honor 8 Pro and Vivo’s Vivo V7 Plus. This service will soon be available in other smartphones.
Requirements for IDEA VoLTE:
Handset must have support this service.
Smartphone’s software must be update.
